Substance Café is a small specialty coffee shop and micro-roastery in Paris offering a reservation-only, countertop tasting experience led by Joachim, the single barista and roaster. They roast on an in-shop Loring S7, sell small-batch beans and selected brew equipment, and focus on slow, terroir-forward coffee tasting.

About Substance Cafe
Substance Café is a small specialty coffee shop and roastery in Paris run by Joachim, the sole barista and roaster. Roast work happens on-site; the shop centers a countertop with a handful of seats around a central workstation to deliver a focused tasting experience. Visits are reservation-only and generally organized as mostly two-hour slots with a maximum of five seats. The roastery also offers small-batch beans and a curated selection of brewing equipment in an on-site boutique and processes purchase requests and shipping from the site.
