Whole beans from Ethiopia Mulish. It is a natural processed heirloom. When hot, it tastes a little bit of chocolate with hints of blue fruits. As it cools down, it turns blueberry. The fermentation side is well balanced.

Substance Café is a small specialty coffee shop and micro-roastery in Paris offering a reservation-only, countertop tasting experience led by Joachim, the single barista and roaster. They roast on an in-shop Loring S7, sell small-batch beans and selected brew equipment, and focus on slow, terroir-forward coffee tasting.
