Whole beans from Kenya in Embu County, it is SL28, SL34, Ruiri 11 and Batian varieties washed process. A few hours after roasting, the first V60 brew we did tomato, rhubarb, lemon and a bit of spices.

Substance Café is a small specialty coffee shop and micro-roastery in Paris offering a reservation-only, countertop tasting experience led by Joachim, the single barista and roaster.
