Whole beans from Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia, it is a heirloom washed process. A few hours after roasting, the first V60 brew we did tasted: lemon, lavender, violette.

Substance Café is a small specialty coffee shop and micro-roastery in Paris offering a reservation-only, countertop tasting experience led by Joachim, the single barista and roaster.
