Whole beans from the farm Hacienda La Esmeralda in the region of Boquete in Panama. It is a washed processed geisha. We tasted this coffee a few hours after roasting (so we can make sure the quality is ok). It has a lot of flowers like jasmine, hints of bergamot. Very juicy and complex!

Substance Café is a small specialty coffee shop and micro-roastery in Paris offering a reservation-only, countertop tasting experience led by Joachim, the single barista and roaster. They roast on an in-shop Loring S7, sell small-batch beans and selected brew equipment, and focus on slow, terroir-forward coffee tasting.
