Whole beans from Ethiopia Gomma, it is a washed process heirloom. When hot, it tastes lemon, lime, bergamot and passionfruit with a light body. As it cools down, it remains passionfruit, lime and lemon.

Substance Café is a small specialty coffee shop and micro-roastery in Paris offering a reservation-only, countertop tasting experience led by Joachim, the single barista and roaster.
