Whole beans from Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, it is a washed process heirloom. When it is hot you get flavors of orange, lemon and red fruits. The body is thick. Colder, there is taste of orange still, with bergamot.

Substance Café is a small specialty coffee shop and micro-roastery in Paris offering a reservation-only, countertop tasting experience led by Joachim, the single barista and roaster.
