Quo

Quo Coffee is a brand‑new roastery launched in December 2024 in the small seaside town of Skärhamn, Sweden. Founded by head roaster Christian Gullbrandsson and a team of experienced coffee professionals, it was born from years of speciality coffee expertise and a desire to challenge the status quo in both commercial and specialty coffee. Based by the marina in Skärhamn, their roastery draws design inspiration from the surrounding Bohuslän coast and serves as a rural community hub. Quo focuses on transparently sourced coffees and real sustainability, roasting on a Loring S15 Falcon to accentuate each bean’s unique character while providing employment and a welcoming social space for the local community.
