We're enthralled to share this coffee from Frinsa Estate, a single farm cooperative located on Java. This coffee features a caramel-like sweetness reminiscent of dried apricots, with juicy red fruit notes and a light, complex body akin to white tea.

Quo Coffee is a new specialty coffee roastery based in the seaside town of Skärhamn, Sweden. Launched in late 2024 by head roaster Christian Gullbrandsson and a small team, Quo is dedicated to transparently sourced, sustainably roasted coffees that challenge the status quo and reflect the character of each origin.
