Yensi's washed Parainema is a juicy and sweet coffee sourced through Semilla, improving the financial situation of coffee producers in Honduras. This coffee is silky sweet, with a stonefruit-like acidity and floral jasmine-like aromas. Cherries are picked at peak ripeness, depulped, and undergo a 40-hour fermentation before being dried on raised beds.

Quo Coffee is a new specialty coffee roastery based in the seaside town of Skärhamn, Sweden. Launched in late 2024 by head roaster Christian Gullbrandsson and a small team, Quo is dedicated to transparently sourced, sustainably roasted coffees that challenge the status quo and reflect the character of each origin.
