This coffee from Wanderly Franco and his farm Morada dos Pássaros is one of the fruitiest natural coffees from Brazil we've had the pleasure to try. Connotations of fig jam is our primary reference to describe this coffee, which has a super clean, creamy mouthfeel reminiscent of milk chocolate.

Quo Coffee is a new specialty coffee roastery based in the seaside town of Skärhamn, Sweden. Launched in late 2024 by head roaster Christian Gullbrandsson and a small team, Quo is dedicated to transparently sourced, sustainably roasted coffees that challenge the status quo and reflect the character of each origin.
