A juicy and bright espresso, or a sweet, more developed filter alternative. The washing station is located in the village of Chelbessa, in the Gedeo zone, at an altitude of over 2,000 m. The cherries undergo a slow fermentation process before being washed and dried.

Quo Coffee is a new specialty coffee roastery based in the seaside town of Skärhamn, Sweden. Launched in late 2024 by head roaster Christian Gullbrandsson and a small team, Quo is dedicated to transparently sourced, sustainably roasted coffees that challenge the status quo and reflect the character of each origin.
