This coffee is a Developed roast, intended for brewing as an espresso, or a more developed filter coffee. We’ve worked with Yobani and Yaved for a decade now, and have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them, being guests on their homestead, and drinking their coffees.
About Quo
Quo Coffee is a new specialty coffee roastery based in the seaside town of Skärhamn, Sweden. Launched in late 2024 by head roaster Christian Gullbrandsson and a small team, Quo is dedicated to transparently sourced, sustainably roasted coffees that challenge the status quo and reflect the character of each origin.
