This famous coffee is produced in the orchard, in an area where the culture of coffee is ancient. The fertile lands of the Ethiopian highlands here support a polyculture agricultural system which allows farmers to combine food crops and coffee on their same plots. This coffee is processed using the washed method.
About Quo
Quo Coffee is a new specialty coffee roastery based in the seaside town of Skärhamn, Sweden. Launched in late 2024 by head roaster Christian Gullbrandsson and a small team, Quo is dedicated to transparently sourced, sustainably roasted coffees that challenge the status quo and reflect the character of each origin.
