Harmony Roasters is a Barcelona-based micro-roastery (HMNY ROASTERS SL) founded by Dani and Agata in 2021. They source specialty single-origin coffees, roast in small batches in Montcada i Reixac, offer subscriptions, wholesale, training and focus on sustainability, direct relationships and expressive cups.

About Harmony Coffee Roasters
Harmony began in 2021 when Dani sold his motorbike to buy a 1 kg roaster. What started as a hobby became a professional project with Dani (head roaster) and Agata (orders, social, web, customer service). They won regional and national roasting competitions in 2021–22 and emphasize quality, close relationships with producers and customers, minimal intervention roasting to highlight each coffee’s character. The brand prioritizes sustainability, fair relationships in the supply chain, training and a human approach to specialty coffee.
