This specialty coffee comes from various farms in the northern region of São Paulo, Brazil, known for its quality coffee with characteristic attributes. The region is approximately 1200m above sea level, producing a chocolatey coffee with good body and a sweetness reminiscent of baked apple, finishing with a milk chocolate aftertaste.
About Harmony Coffee Roasters
Harmony Roasters is a Barcelona-based micro-roastery (HMNY ROASTERS SL) founded by Dani and Agata in 2021. They source specialty single-origin coffees, roast in small batches in Montcada i Reixac, offer subscriptions, wholesale, training and focus on sustainability, direct relationships and expressive cups.
