The story of Tagel Alamayehu, founder of Olkai, is as inspiring as the coffee he produces. His farm works with 460 small producers cultivating the 74110 variety at an exceptional altitude of 2300 masl. The coffee is complex, with floral and citrus notes, and a deep sweetness from stone fruit, showcasing the spirit and excellence of Guji.

Harmony Roasters is a Barcelona-based micro-roastery (HMNY ROASTERS SL) founded by Dani and Agata in 2021. They source specialty single-origin coffees, roast in small batches in Montcada i Reixac, offer subscriptions, wholesale, training and focus on sustainability, direct relationships and expressive cups.
