The Geisha Honey coffee is processed in Buesaco, Nariño, Colombia, highlighting its complex fruity notes and enhancing its bright acidity through controlled fermentations. The cherries are sourced from selected farms and harvested at optimal ripeness. The result is a cup with vibrant acidity, juicy body, and notes of tropical fruits, honey, and sweet spices.
