Rolando Arturo Rondón Bonilla manages Brisas del Táchira, a 14-hectare farm in Norte de Santander, Colombia. Initially a cattle farm, it has transformed into a specialty coffee project focused on quality and sustainability. The coffee is processed with care, ensuring high quality and environmental commitment.

Harmony Roasters is a Barcelona-based micro-roastery (HMNY ROASTERS SL) founded by Dani and Agata in 2021. They source specialty single-origin coffees, roast in small batches in Montcada i Reixac, offer subscriptions, wholesale, training and focus on sustainability, direct relationships and expressive cups.
