The Catuaí variety is widely cultivated in Brazil and much of Latin America since the 1970s. Developed for high productivity and moderate disease resistance, it offers a balanced cup with mild acidity and medium body, featuring notes of nuts, chocolate, and fruits. The anaerobic natural process enhances complexity, resulting in intense and elegant coffees with vibrant tropical aromas.
