They roast on modified Stronghold s7x and s7pro machines connected to Artisan software. Coffees are available in 20g centrifuge tubes, 50g and 115g bags, making them accessible to everyone. All green coffees are frozen upon arrival and often roasted directly from the freezer to preserve freshness for over a year.
