This washed Colombian Java from Yesid Pajoy in La Plata, Huila, represents the first ever microlot selection from this producer. In the cup, we find sweet celery juice with pleasant herbal and sweet-green flavors, avoiding bitterness, with white grape sweetness and a smooth tea-like mouthfeel.
