This is the natural offering from Bambito Estate, Chiriqui, Panama. Intensely floral, the cup starts off with chamomile flowers and apple blossoms, transitioning to mild apple acidity and intense sweetness reminiscent of ripe persimmon. A perfect representation of a natural coffee.
