About
A pleasant and straightforward, clean natural Gesha. You can push this coffee hard on both espresso and pour over. In the cup we get a pleasant lemon acidity, with the green processing presenting itself to us as pink peppercorn. Almost paradoxically, this coffee presents with much more chocolate notes than the dark roast variant.
