This is a washed coffee produced from 1,814 smallholder members at Layo Teraga Site 1 in Uraga, Ethiopia. In the cup you will find a dried apricot sweetness, followed with lemon acidity and Earl Grey. This coffee presents with a tea-forward profile, and lacks any funk in the cup, remaining clean from start to finish.
