This natural process coffee from Hamasho, located in the Bombe mountains of Sidamo, Ethiopia, is a balance of sweet citrus, fruit-forward smoothness, and delicate florals. The cup opens with a lemon tea brightness that carries into a creamy, fruity body reminiscent of a delicate ruby chocolate, and finishes with a gentle chamomile.
