Push Pull Coffee is a Portland-born micro-roaster founded in 2012 that focuses on wild, fruity, and experimental coffees—especially natural, honey, and anaerobic processed lots. They operate cafes in Portland and Seattle, offer wholesale and a mobile cart, and sell beans online and via subscriptions.

About Push Pull
Push Pull began in 2012 when Christopher Hall started roasting coffee in his Portland apartment; pop-ups around town led to a cafe opening on SE Stark Street in January 2018. The company focuses on naturals, honey and anaerobic processing and seeks out experimental, fruity coffees. In September 2022 Push Pull expanded to Seattle by acquiring the former Union Coffee and Wine space and opening Push Pull on Union. The roaster emphasizes people across the supply chain and roasting to celebrate that shared process.
