Fredy Orantes is the owner and farmer of Finca Vista Hermosa in Santa Ana, Guatemala. Known for high-quality processing, he ensures even drying and proper moisture content. The cherries are sundried on raised beds, overseen daily for even drying. This coffee features notes of mango and jammy strawberry sweetness with a cacao nib finish.
