About
The Danche Station in the Chelbesa village of Gedeb Zone, Ethiopia, is managed by SNAP Specialty Coffee. This lot features Kurume and Wolisho varieties from approximately 800 smallholder farmers at an elevation of 2200 masl. The natural process involves drying cherries in raised beds for 16-21 days, resulting in a distinct profile with playful, tropical notes.
