Finca Las Moras is a sustainable coffee farm in Honduras, managed by Heber Hernán Ávila. The coffee is processed naturally, with cherries harvested at their ripest and sun-dried for 15-18 days. This coffee offers rich pastry sweetness with notes of cherry, almond, and cocoa nibs.
