About
El Hormiguero is a small farm in the Mosonte mountains of Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua. It produces coffee under shade and focuses on biodiversity. The Bourbon Tekesic variety is cultivated here, known for its complex flavor profile. The carbonic maceration process enhances fruity notes and richness in the cup.
About KB Coffee Roasters
KB Coffee Roasters, founded in 2010 by Nick Piègay after returning from Australia, pioneered specialty coffee in Paris. Based at 53 Avenue Trudaine in Pigalle, they roast their own beans since 2015 and operate the Back in Black roastery café, serving seasonal coffees and Aussie-inspired hospitality.
