About
The Uraga washing station receives cherries from local farmers and is located in Guji, a coffee-producing region known for its unique microclimate. The farmers use traditional methods and often interplant coffee with food crops. The cherries are hand-selected for anaerobic fermentation, which lasts 18 to 24 hours before drying in the sun.
About KB Coffee Roasters
KB Coffee Roasters, founded in 2010 by Nick Piègay after returning from Australia, pioneered specialty coffee in Paris. Based at 53 Avenue Trudaine in Pigalle, they roast their own beans since 2015 and operate the Back in Black roastery café, serving seasonal coffees and Aussie-inspired hospitality.
