About
Nestor Lasso and his brother Adrian took over the family farm 5 years ago, focusing on specialty coffee and experimentation. They partnered with Jhoan Vergara to create El Diviso, improving quality through shared knowledge. Their coffees have won awards in barista competitions across Europe.
About KB Coffee Roasters
KB Coffee Roasters, founded in 2010 by Nick Piègay after returning from Australia, pioneered specialty coffee in Paris. Based at 53 Avenue Trudaine in Pigalle, they roast their own beans since 2015 and operate the Back in Black roastery café, serving seasonal coffees and Aussie-inspired hospitality.
