About
The Dimtu Wate station in Guji, Ethiopia, sources coffee cherries from around 600 small producers. It produces high-quality coffee (G1) and employs eco-friendly processing methods. The harvest occurs from December to early February, with a focus on maintaining quality and supporting local communities.
About KB Coffee Roasters
KB Coffee Roasters, founded in 2010 by Nick Piègay after returning from Australia, pioneered specialty coffee in Paris. Based at 53 Avenue Trudaine in Pigalle, they roast their own beans since 2015 and operate the Back in Black roastery café, serving seasonal coffees and Aussie-inspired hospitality.
