About
The Shakiso station, located in the village of Udo Hadama, receives coffee cherries from over 500 small producers. Nestled between 1950 and 2100 meters, it is a hub for specialty coffee production in the Guji area. The cherries are hand-sorted and fermented for 36 to 48 hours, then washed to reveal pure aromas.
About KB Coffee Roasters
KB Coffee Roasters, founded in 2010 by Nick Piègay after returning from Australia, pioneered specialty coffee in Paris. Based at 53 Avenue Trudaine in Pigalle, they roast their own beans since 2015 and operate the Back in Black roastery café, serving seasonal coffees and Aussie-inspired hospitality.
