This Ethiopian coffee is produced by smallholder farmers in Banko Gotiti, located in the Gedeb district. The coffee cherries are carefully picked daily to ensure only ripe fruits are processed. The coffee is known for its intense acidity and floral, spicy notes, characteristic of Yirgacheffe coffees.
About KB Coffee Roasters
KB Coffee Roasters, founded in 2010 by Nick Piègay after returning from Australia, pioneered specialty coffee in Paris. Based at 53 Avenue Trudaine in Pigalle, they roast their own beans since 2015 and operate the Back in Black roastery café, serving seasonal coffees and Aussie-inspired hospitality.
