This exceptional coffee from Finca Monteblanco is fermented with mango. Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia, a third-generation coffee producer, strives to preserve the natural diversity and productivity of the farm. The high altitude and superb microclimate create ideal conditions for specialty coffee cultivation.
About KB Coffee Roasters
KB Coffee Roasters, founded in 2010 by Nick Piègay after returning from Australia, pioneered specialty coffee in Paris. Based at 53 Avenue Trudaine in Pigalle, they roast their own beans since 2015 and operate the Back in Black roastery café, serving seasonal coffees and Aussie-inspired hospitality.
