Deiro Garcia is one of the most innovative producers in Huila. He has a farm in Pitalito and has developed a unique fermentation process for his coffee. This washed coffee undergoes anaerobic fermentation for 40 hours, followed by a 20-hour oxidation process. The coffee is then dried under canopies for 18 to 24 days to reach 11% humidity.
About KB Coffee Roasters
KB Coffee Roasters, founded in 2010 by Nick Piègay after returning from Australia, pioneered specialty coffee in Paris. Based at 53 Avenue Trudaine in Pigalle, they roast their own beans since 2015 and operate the Back in Black roastery café, serving seasonal coffees and Aussie-inspired hospitality.
