About caffi
Caffi’s coffee roastery operates in the Askon area of Lahti, Finland. They roast coffee by hand using a slow roast method and only select coffees they would want to drink themselves. Caffi focuses on beans that score within the Specialty Coffee Association’s specialty category, often older varieties grown on small farms with respect for nature. By roasting them by hand to respect each coffee’s characteristics they aim for a superior flavour experience. Their passion is to continually seek top coffees from the world’s best farmers and roast them with skill. Caffi baristas and competition coffees have competed in national and world championships, earning Finnish Championship titles and having Caffi coffees twice voted Finland’s Best Coffee at the Helsinki Coffee Festival.
