Monsoon Malabar is an extremely soft and low-acidity coffee. It gains its unique character from the 'monsoon' process, where coffee is stored on the Malabar coast for 1-2 months in open warehouses, allowing moist monsoon winds to blow through and age the coffee. This results in a particularly soft coffee that is a favorite for many.
