Caffi's Ethiopia comes from the Birbes Kela processing station in Yirgacheffe, known for its berry-like natural flavor profile. The coffee is processed with a honey method, resulting in a complex and wild taste with prominent berry notes. Grown at high altitudes, it balances acidity and sweetness, with blueberry and ripe stone fruit flavors, finishing with floral jasmine notes.
