Caffi's anaerobically processed Ethiopia comes from the Bette Buna farm in the Guji region. The coffee has a familiar berry-like natural flavor profile, but the anaerobic fermentation adds a wild, slightly plum-like nuance. The beans are dried slowly in the sun, enhancing their wild character.
