Although ACC Por La Paz is a relatively new association, founded in 2016, it is the only association in the Piendamó area producing specialty coffee, and has already built up a reputation for its commitment to quality and consistency. This coffee is one of their easygoing selections. It boasts a light citrus acidity and a deep, chocolatey finish, making it an easy choice for various brewing methods.

Andytown Coffee Roasters, founded in 2014 by Michael McCrory and Lauren Crabbe in San Francisco’s Outer Sunset, is an artisan coffee roastery and bakery.
