Taith Coffee is an owner-operated roastery rooted in the philosophy of community not commodity. Based in Lewes, their space combines a roastery, café, ceramics studio, bookshop and Riso workshop to celebrate slow craft and shared creativity. Owners Frances and Sam source ethical speciality coffees from producers they admire and roast them on a Loring Falcon S15, leaning light to medium light to showcase sweetness, balance and simple enjoyment in the cup. They emphasise transparency and care at every stage, honouring the work that happens before the beans reach their hands. The company's packaging reflects their ethos, using DIY printing and compostable liners to reduce waste. Their minimalist, sustainably crafted café interior invites visitors to experience the art of roasting and brewing up close while building community around coffee, books and craft.
