Hachi Project Kibo 1 is a Low Caf Gesha coffee from Villa Esperanza Farm in Colombia. It features floral notes with hints of blackcurrant and tarragon, grown at high altitudes in volcanic soils. The Low-Caf fermentation method preserves the coffee's complexity while gently removing caffeine, resulting in vibrant aromatics and high clarity.
