This specific 'Natural' nano-lot comes from the plot 'El Aserradero'. The coffee cherries were carefully dried for 31 days on African (raised) beds inside a greenhouse. In the cup, this coffee is juicy and vibrant with a bright acidity with pink-grapefruit notes. Red fruit notes and a candy-like sweetness add depth and playfulness, while the medium body and clean finish keep everything beautifully balanced.

At Kolonel, based in Antwerp, the team roasts small batches in their own micro-roastery (roasting since 2016) and has grown into two coffee bars. They focus on hands-on, small-batch roasting and sell beans online while serving customers at Kolonel North and Kolonel South.
