At Kolonel, based in Antwerp, the team roasts small batches in their own micro-roastery (roasting since 2016) and has grown into two coffee bars. They focus on hands-on, small-batch roasting and sell beans online while serving customers at Kolonel North and Kolonel South.

At Kolonel, we believe in getting coffee just right. Located in Antwerp, we roast our beans in our very-own micro-roastery since 2016. We roast small batches to maintain control over the process; once the beans achieve the Kolonel taste they are ready to be enjoyed at home or in one of our cozy coffee bars. Kolonel has been part of the Antwerp coffee scene since 2010 and has grown into two bars and its own roastery. The team operates Kolonel South and Kolonel North and offers online ordering for beans.
