Coffee from a sixth generation farming family near the Santa Ana Volcano. They focus on high-quality micro-lots, mainly Bourbon. The Salaverria Family invest in sustainable farming using their own organic fertiliser. Expect clean and sweet coffee with some soft florals.
About Kolonel Coffee
At Kolonel, based in Antwerp, the team roasts small batches in their own micro-roastery (roasting since 2016) and has grown into two coffee bars. They focus on hands-on, small-batch roasting and sell beans online while serving customers at Kolonel North and Kolonel South.
