This coffee comes from Alemayehu Hillo, a dedicated farmer in the Yirgacheffe region. Expect a beautifully balanced cup with a candy-like sweetness, rich chocolate notes, soft nougat and a subtle touch of spices.
About Kolonel Coffee
At Kolonel, based in Antwerp, the team roasts small batches in their own micro-roastery (roasting since 2016) and has grown into two coffee bars. They focus on hands-on, small-batch roasting and sell beans online while serving customers at Kolonel North and Kolonel South.
