This delicious fruity lot from Katherin Herrera and her family grows in the shade under fruit and oak trees on their 10-acre farm in Mozonte. The long, slow drying at high altitude gives the coffee better longevity and excellent quality in the cup.

Glen Lyon Coffee Roasters is a B‑Corp certified speciality coffee roaster founded in 2011 in Highland Perthshire and now based in Aberfeldy. They roast small batches on-site, supply 150+ UK cafes and run a roastery café open weekdays. They prioritise traceable, ethically produced coffee, direct trade and local community and environmental initiatives.
